The amazing Indigenous & Ingenious is back November 19 and 20 at 765 Queen Street East, at the Ralph Thornton Centre, 2nd floor. Eighteen amazingly talented Indigenous artists and artisans will be there from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm on Saturday and Sunday, showing off and selling their wares. Paintings, beadwork, leatherwork, gemstone jewellery, stained glass and lots more. Shandra Spears Bombay will be singing with her hand drum, and Suzanne Smoke will be cooking up a storm in the kitchen. Suzanne will be using traditional Indigenous ingredients like buffalo meat and Indian corn to cook up food typically sold at Pow Wows. EVERYONE IS WELCOME! Admission $5.00.
